Richland Pest & Bee Control aka Richland Pest Control was founded in 1974 by Rick Sarnese. Rick built the foundation for our reputation of trustworthy, reliable pest control. Our service area has continued to grow from a few towns in Connecticut, to state-wide service and now extending into Western Massachusetts. While we have continued to experience growth, our values remain the same. We are committed to providing dependable service, honest communication, and efficient and effective pest control.
We will never lock you into unnecessary contracts or push you to receive a service that is not in your best interest. Our only agenda is to keep you, your family, friends and employees safe from the harmful effects of a pest invasion. Richland Pest and Bee Control strives to do the best job possible at all times by providing quality service to all of our pest control customers. We have had the privilege of being interviewed for news stories by the three major TV stations in Connecticut (Channels 3, 8 and 30). Our on-air coverage has displayed our pest control work and bee removal services at fire departments, parks and schools for routine service as well as emergency issues. We have been featured in the Hartford Courant and many community newspapers for pest control work we have performed for both private and public school systems, as well as municipalities throughout the state of Connecticut.
We have also been featured by several radio stations on segments about resolving pest problems and preventing pest issues in homes and businesses. We were featured on an episode of A&E’s “FLIP THIS HOUSE”, exterminating a severe wasp problem in the walls of a property being rehabbed in Hartford, CT. We have also been approached as a subject area expert to verify information in news articles about various pest control and bee removal issues.
Richland Pest and Bee Control Company has also received press for a pilot program we participate in with the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) for Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in Connecticut schools.
