Scott came out for an appointment called when he was 10 minutes away. Arrived on time. Introduced himself then got straight to work. Very easy transaction. Some back story I usually get bees near my gutters and in my garage for some reason not sure why but this year I decided I wanted to actually use my garage in peace and so I gave these guys a call. Time will tell how this holds up. Will update review in a couple weeks.

Phil was very professional, called and gave me an overview of what he was going to be doing today at my property, answered my questions and addressed my concerns. Showed up timely, applied application, rang my doorbell to let me know he was done. Very courteous and knowledgeable about the business and products.

Thanks for sending the team over to assist. I especially want to call out Joe B. He’s extremely professional and an all around great person. He’s very enthusiastic about what he’s doing and presents himself very well. Thanks for your help Joe! (I’m not sure why - but this new review of Joe seems to have overridden my previous review of Chris Z. who went above and beyond what was asked of him when he helped out with our bee situation last year.) But either way both Chris and Joe get the highest remarks from us! Thank you!
